Omens have always been significant in my life, and have led me my spiritual path continuing to direct me as I follow my path.

Thank you ladies for sharing. In a future show can you talk about the Havasupai sickness’s that people are getting when visiting the Grand Canyon. First reaction is it is a curse/spirit.

This is amazing. I am on a spiritual journey and have learned many things over the last 10 years, however, the shamanism journey came out of nowhere. All of the sudden everywhere I looked was something about shamanism. It has a completely different vibe that I feel pulled to. ❤ The biggest thing I want to say is I just realized, while listening to your podcast, that an owl came to my home on New Year’s Day and we basically just stared at each other for at least 10 minutes until she flew off. 😊😊😊. I did wonder what it meant, but couldn’t come up with an answer until today. (That’s about the time this journey started.) Thank you for your wisdom and guidance for those of us new to this shamanism journey.

I'm getting to know a new fellow, and it is going great. Anyway, I was looking at a cute old picture of my Dad taken back in 1952 when he was in the service. I like the picture because it has my mom's writing on the back, talking about how cute he is, etc Well, as I looked, I noticed it said Taken on ____ and the date was the day my new guy was born! How's that for a sign? Good video! The magic is real.

Thank you for this talk. I really needed to hear it at this time. My life is filled with these magic moments. I try to accept them but doubt quickly kicks in. Even when I don’t doubt, my mind starts a spiral of what the synchronicity (omen) meant. “Was it validation for the decisions I’ve made? What thought was my squirrel brain chasing when it showed up? “ These are the types of questions that pull me from the flow. This talk helped me.

You opened my eyes today! I was back and forth about a gentleman friend and whether or not to get closer to him. I believe we had a break-thru together today. It has been cloudy and rainy all day, but after our break-thru, the sun came out and it’s been out ever since! You helped me see that! Thanks so much. ❤

Hello ❤ my favorite omen happened just 2 years ago. When I first started my journey into shamanism, a show you ladies did told me to ask if I was on the correct path and to ask for a sign or an omen, I did. A bit later that day I went on a walk and seen the most beautiful Hawk. She sat and stared back at me for a long time. And I knew, I was going the in the right direction. 🥰🤗 Thank you for all you do 💜

Thank you, Renée and Sandra for this wonderful show, one more! As you were talking, the following came to my mind: The sun was indeed my first synchronicity, 45 years ago. We were on the way to my dying grandfather, on the high way, in the evening. I watched the sun going down, and when it dissappeard behind the hills, I knew, that my grandfather had died now. We arrived one hour later and yes, one hour ago he had died. For me as a young person this was like a miracle. I had never heard of omens or synchronicities, and it was such a peaceful feeling with it. I had the feeling, that something had taken care of my grandfather in a very loving way.

I would say , l think l could consider this an omen, that when Spirit had me set up for a beautiful ceremony to become a Shaman and a raven feather appeared in my lap, and then 2 raven's flew onto our property the next day, was an omen. Never before had l seen raven's where l live! Pretty darn awesome!! 😄

hello to you both, i just wanted to thankyou for your show, the shaman path is newish to me, but i love watching and look forward to each new episode, i got sandra's new book and am slowly making my way through it, and i just wanted to share an experience with you... i needed to go to nature the other day, so i found a local place to me to go, an old hillfort on the england/wales border and i took walking through darkness with me, i found a beautiful oak tree upon the site, reminiscent of the tree of life, and sat with it and meditated for 20 minutes or so, then walked onto the top of the fort, and read my next chapter, which was on the octopus, and the practice afterwards was to venture into nature and find a part of nature to talk with, wether it be a rock, stone, bush or tree, so of course i had my answer, i went back to the tree for a little chat, and it spoke to me of an almost envious feeling, the fact that it had stared at the same horizon for hundreds of years, always wondering what was beyond, but having to accept that it was rooted and will never see more than what it could see now, but i could, and beyond that and beyond that, but long ago it had come to accept its own position and the beauty that it saw in the same situation. i have recently given up smoking weed after 23 years and have been finding things quite tough, and the interaction put some things into perspective for myself, and following another discussion with a hypnotherapist this week, we kind of concluded i need to work on my gratitude. ive tried learning the course of mediumship and have found myself very at odds with human spirits, ive found they can be flippant as humans can with their own agenda's and advice, where as i find that spirits of nature only offer information rather than advice. ive found myself quite lost, and with a distinct lack of direction and purpose of late, im not rich and as much as id love to follow in the footsteps of those before me, i cant make pilgrimages to where the 'must go' places are in the world, and also since training in reiki , feeling the energy of alot of ppl can be incredibly overwhlelming and i withdraw from those situations rapidly, i feel like i have a question and yet... its only unravelling in my head as i type, could you offer me a previous video, or maybe can i set a topic for a following video, a topic of acceptance of my place in things, and/or how to be grateful for my position, my addictions in life i feel have left me void of gratitude, and i sit here now craving comfort from a connection i made with 1 human, whilst tryin to avioid the rest of them, rather than just being grateful for who i am, thankyou again for what you do, i look forward to a reply if possible, from tony

Dear Renee and Sandra, What an amazing video and it came just at the nright time in my life, as I have been dealing with doubts concerning the omens and dreams I have been receiving. This video is an amzing omen/ sychronicity and am more thankful than words can say about it 🥰😘 It would be too long to share the dreams and omens that I have been receiving since end of october 2023 - a door which I had thought closed since 21 years reopened like by magic and ever since, I keep receiving omens and dreams to lead me where I belong. Thanks to therm, I knew when to give my notice for my (new!) job and my flat in Germany. I am now back in my home country France, knowing that it is a temporary and necessary stop, before I can go back to New YSork City, where I am called to go, in order to be there with my Love, met in 2002 🥰😍 For me personally, Omens are such a blessing and such a huge sign of love from our guiding spirits . Thank you Sandra and Rene for another great discussion. Here's my Omen story. In 2010, Toronto was changing fast with many new comers competing for jobs, homes, space on transit, etc. I lost my admin job at 55 and couldn't find another. With no regular salary, I sold my condo. Decided to move back to BC where I was born. I love nature and was missing it. After making the decision, I was walking through the Dundas West neighbourhood at night and something in the air beside me caught my eye. It was the wingtip of a huge owl flying a few feet directly above me. When I looked up, he looked down at me and we made eye contact. It was thrilling. The owl was soundless and huge, and beautiful. Might have been a Great Horned Owl. I'll never forget him. When an owl flies over you at night, it can mean you need or are being offered wisdom and guidance by a higher power. Recently I made another positive life decision and saw a barred owl afterwards in a nearby park.

It's soooo true!! When aligned, truly amazing what comes your way! Love n light! ❤😊❤ And yes, pretty amazing how the universe speaks to us daily. I love it! 😊

I have had so many many synchronicities and omens in the last few months, and before that it was still a significant amount. I keep spiraling up and through. It's phenomenal.

I thank you both for all that you share. Some years back I would begin my prayer to Earth, which would be different each time depending on what I wanted to talk to Earth about and the wind would blow as soon as I spoke. Once the land was drumming when I began my invocation to begin a journey facilitating someone. The drumming was heard by both of us but there was no drum or drummer in sight. That day spirit told me not to take my drum and I left it at home. It was the strongest lesson I learnt about trusting my ancestors and connection.

My husband and I like to take a drive to watch the sunset on our UTV and one night I was having a real hard time about my moms recent passing and as we started to drive a coopers hawk followed us and landed on the wires above us as we drove by. She flew with us and when we figured out what she was doing she flew away. We felt more at peace. The Cooper’s hawk lives on our property and shows up every time we talk about our loved ones we miss. It’s a beautiful thing. I have many bird omens. My nickname growing up was Birdy.

I had a dream that I was flying with a small child maybe my daughter maybe my inner child and I observed some eagles and the eagle flew closer but it was gently passing by and there was a cloud like a silhouette of the eagle around it. After it flew by we descended very fast back to earth like really fast but I knew I was going to be able to land with no problem as I had this small child on my hip and my other arm out to the side. We end up landing in someone’s backyard and once we landed the small child looked at me and said “when did your ascension happen? And, I said “when I started loving myself.” It was the most magical dream! I got up and wrote it all down! It’s my omen because I’ve been on this health and wellness journey for 9 months. It was validation of what I believe is my rebirth!❤️

I had a dream a few weeks ago about Sandra, Renee, and I riding in the back of a car on the way to Devil's Den in Arkansas. It is a familiar rode having driven it in real life. We were in the back seat together enjoying the scenery and suddenly I saw a bear on the side of the road next to someone's mailbox. There was that moment of shocked but elated silence as I processed seeing a bear so close. I was so excited my eyes teared up and I waved at the bear (hand upright, palm facing the bear and then bending at the wrist to create the up-down motion of a bear wave), hoping it would wave back as bears sometimes do. Sure enough, it sat up and returned the wave and the three of us in the car were thrilled and uplifted. The car drove on and I remember wishing we could stop and visit with the bear, but we had somewhere to be. The dream shifted, but I woke up still remembering that part and even told my husband. So Sandra and Renee, if you decide to visit Devil's Den in Arkansas, I'd be happy to join you and hopefully meet a friendly bear on the way.

For me it is an omen, when someone encourages me on the path towards something I want to achieve. It tells me that I am on the right path.

Here in Ireland, I keep seeing the Red Kite bird. When I see it soaring overhead, I know I’m on the right path and am protected on my path. I support you 💯. ♥️

I was walking to the gym whilst listening to this podcast on spotify, when I found a wallet on the ground. I looked inside and found the owner's address it was on my way and not far. A passer-by said I've lost my wallet! I asked their name, and it checked out and handed them the wallet. They were so relieved that they shook my hand and said, "You're a good person! I didn’t really feel like a good person, I felt I was being responsible, but how often does someone say that to you? Was this something spirit wanted me to hear. Did the other person need someone to be nice to them?

I do think you ladies and the admins could plump the UA-cam Channel in the FB group more. I get the sense a lot of the FB group members have no idea of the link to the show. I used to reliably visualize a parking space in front of my local Barnes & Noble when it first opened and was always jammed.

What I'd like to share has to do with listening to the elements and nature. I am an elementary teacher working in a Hawaiian Charter School. This one week we had some wild winds. I have 2 doors to my classroom (1 faces the mauka:mountain & 1 faces kai: ocean). The door that faces the mountain had a broken doorstop. I put a chair outside and the wind kept blowing the door shut. I then put a desk in front of the door to keep it open and the wind blew the door shut twice. 2 other adults witnessed it. I was beside myself wondering what the heck was going on.Later I found out that the state sprayed our highway with a pesticide not once but twice within 1 month and many people got sick (that was the door that faces the highway). I realized afterwards, the wind was talking to me and I wasn't listening. I shared with my students my realization and how important it is to listen to the elements and nature as they are taught to them at an early age. So now I am very aware when I'm in nature and need to remember to be aware while i"m in my classroom. Mahalo for all your sharing and teachings. I'm so grateful for both of your wisdom🙂 We also do transfiguration in my class but I called it "Shining Light".

The other day a baby bird was hopping near the stairwell...something I never am witness to and the next day I find a small blue broken bird shell on my garden path. I am going thru a painful divorce but my path of support has been so loving and heart felt that I feel this must be an omen that a new beginning is already opening g up to me and everything is going to be alright...thank you for sharing about the cinnamon bear...I want to learn more about omens....

I know i have had many omens but cant actually think of one right now 😕 I do keep getting magpies show up like everywhere the past couple of months. Constantly out my back garden, in the park, walking down the road. These are definitely trying too tell me something. Last few months have been very testing so maybe this is an omen for me when challenging times are ahead 🤔 Thanks again Rennee & Sandra, i always enjoy listening too you both 🙏❤️

Ohh, I would love to know about your dream omens; it was interesting to hear that the Shamans consider the bear as a Shaman because of the sleep of death. I have long said that I contend that is exactly what we do each time we sleep; we die in sleep and in the dream we create many worlds that we are convinced are our true reality; which brings me to decide that when this body-mind dies, 'I' won't even be aware of the transition; 'I' will just continue to create another dreamlife as I do each night. I will not even know it happened. I AM reborn each night in the dream state...in my opinion.

Over the last few days I've seen two rainbow clouds (not an arc like a rainbow). I read that it's a special form of cloud that refracts the light. Perhaps that was an omen. They are fairly rare.

One of my guides sends crows when I haven't journeyed to him recently (LOTS of crows), or sometimes only a few just to say hi. Another guide sends mockingbirds.

Many times a day when I look at the time my year of birth is there, '57'. I smile. In my prayers I have been aking for signs and signals, omens. Feathers appear almost every day too, asking for a little bit of garden work here and there and it pops up. Wanting to sell unused stuff an opportunity to let go and a text arrives about a car boot sale. Thankyou for sharing your stories. It is important to keep in tune with everything in our field. About 6 years ago, I had a mental health crisis from overwork (60-80 hours a week). I stopped sleeping and had suicidal ideation so I voluntarily went into hospital. I had to take medical leave. During that time I prioritized self care. One day on a walk along a 10-foot concrete embankment there was a lizard. It darted away, hesitated, and then leapt off the path into the air. I watched it fall, body flattened, tail waving, until I couldn't see it anymore. Did it survive? I noted the spot and walked down a concrete ramp that led into the wash and scoured the area. I never found the lizard. That experience had so much significance to me that anytime I am faced with the need to make a major life changing decision, I always remember the lizard taking that mighty leap into the unknown. Thank you for this show, great topic! I read another comment here and it reminded me that I always regard seeing a single or double rainbow as a great omen. Also, for a while I've been thinking that it would be great for nature to gift me a feather, to find a nice big feather on the paths out in nature I walk on regularly and bingo, recently it happened. A good omen affirming my intention to keep working with my new tools, even if I've had to pause for a little while. Much love & appreciation to you both.

Yesterday someone was tailgating me badly, so I took another route, and just as l turned, 3 bold eagles flew over my head. As l was pondering in last few days about something l need to do, and l was questioning if l have enough strength to do it, this amazing omen gave me strength, courage and hope

So, I ended up leaving my job at the end of last year to recover from burnout and pursue other interests. When I was contemplating that change, a leafhopper appeared on my bedroom window one of the days that I was at home and stayed there for like a good couple of hours. It was like he really wanted to make sure that I saw him. I went outside just to make sure that he wasn't stuck in the screen, but when I touched his little legs, he would just lift them up and put them back down. He wasn't trying to get away from me. A couple of days later, I saw another leafhopper on a window at work, and I took that to mean that it was time for me to hop on out of there into the blissful unknown. I have not regretted that decision. 💚

Most of my most memorable omen have been bird and feather related. Birds have shown up for me in waking life and in the Dreamtime. The Winged Ones have guided me at so many critical times in my life. 🙏🏼✨🪶
